Today’s endowment shapes tomorrow’s Zoo.

Since it’s inception in 1986, the Valley Zoological Endowment has played an important role in providing funds to Gladys Porter Zoo that have helped assure its continued operation as a quality zoo. It helps guarantee YOUR Zoo, which is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, will continue to shine and grow and operate beyond its current level of excellence in conservation, education, and research. YOUR gift to the Valley Zoological Endowment will last indefinitely and will help increase funding for Zoo operations that will grow annually. All donations to the Valley Zoological Endowment are tax deductible

ABOUT GLADYS PORTER ZOO

The Gladys Porter Zoo is an oasis nestled in the center of Brownsville, Texas. With 28 acres of lush tropical plants and some 1,600 animals, the Gladys Porter Zoo is known for its successes in breeding endangered species of wildlife.

Adults: $15.50 Children (2-13) $9.50 Children under 2 free Seniors (over 65): $12.50
