MEMBER TICKETS

Before you make your reservation, please make sure you have your member ID number handy.  You will need it to validate your active membership.

If you purchased a multi-year membership (2 year or 3 year), please contact the Zoo office at (956) 546-7187 to make your reservation. 

 Steps to Reserve Member Tickets

  1. Select your membership level below by clicking on the button.
  2. When prompted to enter the Visual ID, input the number located on the back of your membership card on the bottom, right-hand-side, then click on Lookup Membership.
  3. Click on the orange calendar button to select the date and time of your visit.
  4. Select the quantity of tickets needed and proceed to checkout. (There is no fee for the tickets.)
  5. Once the transaction is complete you will receive an email with the ticket PDF. You can print the tickets at home or present them on your mobile device to the gate attendant.

Please note that you are required to present your membership card and valid photo ID to the gate attendant in addition to your ticket PDF.
